| Coverage maps can have two purposes at a radio 
							station. The first is to show advertisers the area a station 
							covers. The "pretty" maps are considered part of sales 
							promotion.
 The other use, generally more "technical looking," is to submit engineering data to the 
							FCC as a part of the licensing requirements.
 An assortment of both is included here in individual 
							state sections.
 This is not intended to be a complete collection 
							but, rather, a sampling of a very popular way of 
							showing advertisers the benefits of radio 
							advertising.
